He has therefore become a two-time world heavyweight champion with a unanimous points victory over Andy Ruiz Jr.
But it was surprising to Nigerian that no Nigerian broadcast channel was able to broadcast it live to Nigerians. Most Nigerians were following the trend online like a radio commentary with some resorting into live streaming which consumed humongous data.

Not happy with this, controversial OAP, Daddy Feeze slammed the government, saying Nigeria doesn’t deserve the British boxer. Anthony Joshua is a Nigeria born British boxer.
“Congrats Anthony Joshua, Nigeria doesn’t deserve you.
“Ordinary to show your match live them no fit! Shame on everyone who could but didn’t,” he wrote o his Instagram page.
Anthony Joshua takes belts back to Britain
Joshua won the belts he lost in June at Madison Square in one of the most shocking results in boxing against Ruiz who is overweight.
