CEO of Mavin Records Don Jazzy calls for Legalization of Marijuana. He wonders why cigarette is legal in Nigeria whereas Marijuana is illegal.
He shares this on Twitter wondering how cigarette which is more dangerous to the health is legal. He says it is unreasonable.
Don Jazzy, goes further stating that Marijuana is more beneficial to our economy and more healthy than Cigarette.
Recently, Don jazzy has been lamenting over the situation of the country, he sees it as unfavorable to the masses.
Mavin record owner is not only a talent manager, he is also showing that he is an activist. He says Nigeria has a lot, yet citizens complain a lot.
Consequently, this is so because the government are unable to manage the economy properly. Citing Zambia as an example. If Zambia as a country with population of barely 20 million can make much, imagine how much Nigerian will make?.
That is why, Don jazzy calls for the legalization of Marijuana in Nigeria.

In the thread I made calling for the legalization of marijuana, I wrote that Cigarettes being legal when marijuana is illegal is unreasoned. If we make a comparative analysis, we would understand why marijuana is far more beneficial to our economy and health than Cigarrettes.— ITS DONJAZZY AGAIN😉 (@DONJAZZY) December 17, 2019
Don Jazzy’s real name is Michael Collins Ajereh. He is a Nigerian record producer, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He owns a record label where he signs artist. He co-founded the now defunct record label Mohits Record in 2004. Following the closure of the Mohits Record Label, Don Jazzy set up Mavin Records on May 8, 2012
In the 2015 Headies Award, Don Jazzy and Olamide disagreed about who should have won the “Next Rated” award. Lil Kesh of YBNL records lost to Reekado Banks, of the Mavin record. Olamide felt cheated and called out headies, Don Jazzy on the other hand asked Olamide to collect the car gift if he wants it. The winner of the award (Reekado Banks) received a car. Although they reconciled their differences.
