With Arsenal losing a grip on the top four of the English Premier League, Arsenal winger, Bukayo Saka has been a talking point by Arsenal fans on social media.
Arsenal lost at Bramall Lane 1-0 to a newly promoted side, Sheffield United. The Blades got the solitary goal by Lys Mousset who marked his first start for with the decisive goal in the first half, after turning in Jack O’Connell’s knockdown from close range.
The result has catapulted Sheffield to seventh on the log while Arsenal dropped to fifth. This is the second defeat of the season for Unai Emery’s men.
Saka who scored his first goal for Arsenal against Eintracht Frankfurt has gotten into the starting eleven under Emery. But his performance has been good since then.
All were not in Gunners’ favour tonight as record signing, Nicolas Pepe missed a sitter and Saka got booked for diving.
Saka is a Nigerian descent. But he has represented England at under-16, under-17, under-18 and under-19 level.
With the return of Alexandre Lacazette, the playing time of the young lad might be limited as he still continues to learn the rope.
Meanwhile, Arsenal host Portuguese side Vitoria SC on Thursday in the Europa League. It is hoped that Saka will get another opportunity to up his game.

The LEGEND knows what’s up.
1. Play Tierney
2. Play Bellerin and put Chambers in CD or DM.
3. You have to have Ceballos or Ozil start (Have to have Ozil in your squad no excuse)
4. Saka good to bing on as a sub.. but with Lacazette fit it needs to be the Trjo with Auba and Pepe https://t.co/EAUrbntoRl

To be fair, when we went long, we created chances. I think that’s how we created the Saka to Dani fluffed chances

It was either Pepe and saka and saka did play better than him. Xhaka because we needed to be more attacking. I think we should’ve done a lot better too but I agree with his substitutions

While we are happy to crticise VAR and refereeing standards, lets not forget to give some credit when its deserved.
In the first half of the #SHUARS game, the decision to book Saka for diving, and not be conned was a great piece of officiating.
Well played Mike Dean pic.twitter.com/yCDHHmBMLi
