The popular blogger, Linda Ikeji says she is a superhero after the conclusion of the Alliance Law Firm Annual Lecture 2019. The Lagos-based Law Firm has this year’s topic as ”how to use technology to develop and rebrand Nigeria”.
Speaking on this, Linda speaks about how social media can develop and promote Nigeria. However, social media is a social networking society that allows close interaction among users. Also, it is an application that helps users to create and share content among themselves.
The lecture was held at Four Points at Sheraton, Victoria Island, Lagos. Consequently, the media mogul shares her excitement sitting on a panel with Ecobank MD, Patrick Akinwutan, Chairman of MTN, Ernest Ndukwe. Also, Zinox Chairman, Leo Stan Eke, Verve CEO Mike Ogbalu, GMD of Mojec holdings Chantel Abdul among others.
According to information from the press briefing, last Thursday to publicize the lecture. The managing partner of the firm Mr. Uche Val Obi, SAN said the lecture series is part of the firm’s Social Responsibility programmes to give back to the society.
Furthermore, the programmes bring together key stakeholder across the world. To speak about topical themes and discuss some critical issues on the socio-economic development and industrial growth of Nigeria.
This is the second series of the lecture which was held on Tuesday, November 26. Coming after the ”maiden edition” held in 2018, discussing the emerging trends in corporate governance.
However, it is a great joy for Linda Ikeji to be in this edition of the lecture. She could not hide the emotion for having such an opportunity to express her opinion on such a topical theme.
It has been a wonderful era for the blogger lately as she moves from one big thing to another. ”I’m Linda Ikeji but I think you guys have to add a new title to my name from today,” she says. For having the privilege to participate in the lecture and speak her voice for the benefit of the people.
In relation to this, the lecture will inspires the Social Media Bill protest going viral in the country. As the platform can develop and maintain the country’s development.
Anyway, Linda Ikeji says she is a superhero. The 39-year-old blogger is truly a superhero and deserves accolades. She never stops pushing no matter the challenges. She has represented Nigerians well and deserves a new title, what could that be? Queen Linda, or King Linda like Tonto Dikeh? Lol.
