Meghan Markle lands voiceover deal with Disney weeks after she and husband, Prince Harry denounce membership from Royal Family in the UK

Meghan Markle has signed a voiceover deal with Disney a few weeks after she and Prince Harry announced their stepping down as Senior members of the Royal Family in the United Kingdom. The couple had revealed that the reason for their actions is to be financially independent.

It was not long after Meghan Markle sealed up a voiceover deal with Disney company which is an obvious assertion that the couple is not ready to return to their ascribed status as a senior member of the Royal Family. It was announced on Saturday 11th of January that Meghan Markle, had signed a deal with Disney to provide a voiceover for an upcoming project from the studio in exchange for a donation to a non-profit benefiting elephants in Botswana.

Meanwhile, Meghan Markle’s deal with Disney has sparked a bit of controversy after some believed that it was Prince Harry Who helped her secure the contract. An old video has been dug out to that effect. The video obtained by Daily Mail showed Prince Harry pitching his wife Meghan Markle to the CEO of Disney, Bob Iger sometimes ago.

The video was taken during the premiere of “Lion King” last summer.

A close look into this video suggests that the couple must have been planning their exit from the Royal Family for a while now. They had carefully orchestrated their plan and have waited long for it to manifest.

In the story, Prince Harry could be seen telling Bob Over that:

You know, she does voiceovers,” Harry could be heard saying to Iger, 68, as the prince pointed to his wife.

“Oh really, I did not know that,” Iger said.

“She’s really interested,” said Harry.

“We’d love to try,” Iger responded.
