Nigeria Aviation bans Boeing 737 mas 8 and Max 9 due to crash concerns

Nigeriatunes reported that an Ethiopian airplane crashed while taking off few days ago and all 157 people on board died.  Less than 6 months ago an Indonesian airplane also crashed shortly after takeoff.  

2 crashes in 6 months seems to be very unusually; As a result a lot of government organization are banning Boeing 737 Max 8 and 9 until the issue could be corrected. 

China and Indonesia are first to ban the Airplanes. Canada and United States has joined the ban too in an effort to ensure safety.  

Many Nigerians became concerned and they asked the Nigeria Aviation cooperation to also ban the Airplane. 

The Nigeria Federal Government under the direction of the minister of Aviation, Mr. Hadi Sirika said that people don’t have anything to worry about because Boeing Max 8 and Max 9 are not operating in Nigeria. Moreover Boeing Max 8 and 9 is also banned in Nigeria.  “ No operator would be allowed to fly the aircraft into or out of the country, “ he added.
