Pogba demands £30m (£600,000 per week) to stay at Manchester United

Pogba who was a target for Real Madrid during the summer transfer window wants his wages doubled to £30million-a-year (£600k-a-week). A source close to the discussion revealed. If United agrees, Pogba will become the highest-paid player in the premier league.

Tuttosport reported that the Frenchman wants to move away from Manchester United in the summer. And he is asking for huge wages in an effort to force a move.

Pogba who is currently earning £300,000-a-week would like to see that amount increased massively to £600k-a-week. This would make Juventus and Real Madrid come for him if Manchester united refused to pay his asked price.

Pogba was unable to leave Old Trafford due to lack of agreement between Manchester United and potential interest clubs. Juventus and Real Madrid were unable to meet Manchester United’s £180m valuation in the summer. As a result, he was forced to remain with the club.

Pogba has two years left on his contract, and United have an option to sign him for another year. However, Pogba strongly wants out of Old Trafford and he would not agree on a contract extension with United.

Pogba played 4 matches for his club in the Premier League games this season, then he was out for a while.

He suffered an ankle injury early in the season, therefore, he was forced out of action for some time. Pogba has returned to the team and back to his starting role.

He is seeking £ 600,000 per week salary but he may not get it. from Manchester United. However, that will allow him to sign with another club.
