Zlatan Ibrahimovic says he could play till the age of 50 if he sees the right club. The professional striker has records of over 540 career goals.
The 38-year-old is waiting for his contract with LA Galaxy to expire after two years in MLS. Then he can make a decision on his next move.
The Swedish player has always been a great player with awesome goal sense. He records several wonderful goals in his wide experience. Also, he has won 30 trophies in his career. Still looks forward to more.
Ibrahimovic has played in Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, and England. Also, Inter Milan, Juventus, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United among his former teams.
“If there’s a project that stimulates me, I could play at this level until I’m 50 years old,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The former Manchester United forwarder is not ready to stop football if he sees greater opportunity. Ibrahimovic is an outstanding player who has records in almost all the leagues in the world.
Moreover, he has the same spirit as the Juventus forwarder, Christiano Ronaldo, who is 33 and still playing. Now, Ibrahim is 38, also growing older and he’s not ready to give up on playing.
“I have just ended my experience in Los Angeles. It was fantastic,” Ibrahimovic said. “Now there are two heroes of two worlds; myself and Giuseppe Garibaldi.”
Definitely, Ibrahimovic compares himself with Giuseppe Garibaldi a 1800s general who sailed to South America to adopt a new culture. He’s regarded as ‘the Hero of the Two Worlds’.
Though, rumor says that the bold forwarder looks up to Italian clubs like AC Milan or Inter Milan. But there is no report about his movement yet because the club is in no rush with him.
